摘要

Abstract

Based on a compact half-mode substrate integrated waveguide resonator,a single-band bandpass filter and a dual-band bandpass filter were designed.First,by introducing two radial slots on the surface of the resonator,the resonant frequencies of the four modes can be independently controlled,and a single-band filter with a stopband width of up to 3.3 GHz can be achieved.Second,by introducing cross stubs between the source and load,a dual-band filter can be realized with adjustable center frequencies.Both filters have transmission zeros,which significantly improve their out-of-band rejection performance.Finally,the dual-band filter was fabricated and measured at center frequencies of 0.94/2.1 GHz.It has insertion losses of 1.07/1.31 dB respectively.The return loss is better than 22.3 dB,which agrees well with the simulation results.
