乡村定向师范生的文化回应素养:内容结构与培育路径
Culturally Responsive Literacy for Rural Oriented Teacher Trainees:Content Structure and Cultivation Paths

Abstract
At present,the development of rural education in China is in the predicament of losing cultural roots,and it is urgent to realize"cultural person"through the return and response of rural culture.It is a key strategy that getting rural teachers to be culturally responsive before they work.We tried to construct the cultural response quality of"four love,three knowledge and five abilities"for rural normal university students from the perspective of what should be."Four love"includes"love the countryside,love rural education,love rural culture,love rural students"."Three knowledge"in-cludes"cultural response factual knowledge,cultural response characteristic knowledge,cultural response theoretical knowledge"."Five abilities"includes"cultural response to circumstance creation ability,cultural response to local curric-ulum development ability,cultural response to interchange and cooperation ability,cultural response to reflection and prac-tice ability,cultural response to education evaluation ability".We constructed"concentric circle"path of cultivation from the perspective of result.The inner ring of concentric circle aims to echo the response demands of rural education and cul-ture.The cultivation process of middle ring is to produce a teacher education curriculum system of integrating cultural re-sponse,infiltrate a multi-style cultural response teaching method and create a rural culture immersive practical teaching pro-ject and advocate for teacher educator behavior demonstration.The outer ring is to construct the cooperation mode of"U-G-S-C"to form a cultivation guarantee.关键词
