摘要

Abstract

Following the implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy,the education and training industry has underg-one transformation and restructuring,and the survival prospects of a large number of education and training teachers deserve attention and discussion.This study finds that in the process of upward mobility,the teachers built up their imagination of cosmopolitan life style and freelancing.In the process of teaching and self-planning,they construct multiple identities such as"traveller","labourer"and"new teacher".Through relational and emotional"re-embedding",they bridge the gap be-tween the hometown they cannot return to and the metropolis they imagine,balancing the identity tension between the profes-sional and service providers.
