摘要

Abstract

Respecting teachers'dignity is a historical tradition in teachers'thought in our country.The research on the spirit of teaching has formed an important component of the ideological,historical,and cultural development of Chinese teachers.This study examines the ideas of teacher ethics,teacher education,and the emergence of teacher education in China during the early establishment of teacher education in the late Qing Dynasty.It is believed that the advocates and practitioners of teacher education in China during the late Qing Dynasty unified the modern teacher ideology of teacher edu-cation with the traditional teacher ideology of teacher ethics,thus opening up a standardized and specialized modern teacher professional tradition in China's teacher education.Specifically,it is manifested in the discussion of the relationship be-tween teacher education and teacher education ideas,including the establishment of teacher education,the enlightenment of teacher education,and the lecturer education.Based on this idea,the implementation content,methods,and characteristics of teacher education in the late Qing Dynasty demonstrate the integration of traditional and modern ideas.
