摘要

Abstract

Since the founding of New China,the construction and reform of China's teacher education system have gone through 4 phases:"Start-up and Exploration Period"(1949-1977),"Opening-up and Expansion Period"(1978-1999),"Quality Improvement and Integration Period"(2000-2011)and"Perfection and High-quality Development Peri-od"(since 2012).The overall direction of the reform has been to enhance the level of trained teachers,broaden the catego-ries covered,increase the openness of structural components,and integrate the pre-service and in-service training models.Domestic and international politics,economic systems,social development,and technological progress all profoundly influ-ence teacher education policies,which in turn affect the goals,methods,driving forces,and key areas of reform and devel-opment in the teacher education system.In the future,we should promote the spirit of educators,serve the development of new quality productive forces,stabilize quantity while improving quality,and leverage digital transformation to continuously deepen the reform of a high-quality teacher education system with Chinese characteristics.
