新型磁性吸附剂的设计合成及其对葡萄酒中Cu2+去除研究
Design and Synthesis of A New Magnetic Adsorbent and Its Study on Cu2+Removal from Wine

Abstract
A new magnetic adsorbent(Fe3O4@PDA/HA)was prepared and used for the removal of excess Cu2+from wine in present study.The physicochemical properties of the adsorbent were investigated by SEM,FT-IR,XRD,TGA,VSM and other characterization methods.Adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics experiments were conducted to reveal the adsorption mechanism of Cu2+,and its adsorption performance and influence on wine quality were comprehensively evaluated by applying it to dry red/white wines.The results showed that Fe3O4@PDA/HA has good acid resistance and superparamagnetism,benefiting from the abundant adsorption sites on the surface,adsorption capacity of Fe3O4@PDA/HA toward Cu2+was 80.2 mg·g-1,which was 2-10 times higher than that of other adsorbents reported in other studies.Moreover,due to excellent stability,its adsorption capacity maintained about 75%of Cu2+adsorption efficiency after 5 cycles,and the magnetic adsorbent did not lead to the deterioration of wine quality.Therefore,Fe3O4@PDA/HA is an ideal adsorbent for controlling Cu2+content in wine in this study.关键词
