酿酒葡萄皮渣提取物对癌细胞的抑制研究
Study on Inhibitory Effect of Wine Grape Peel Residue Extract on Cancer Cells

Abstract
To study the inhibitory effect of wine grape peel extract on human cancer cells,wine grape peel residue was extracted using methanol as solvent.MTT colorimetric analysis,DAPI staining and Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining were used to analyze its effects on cancer cell survival rate,cell morphology,cell cycle and apoptosis.The results showed that grape peel extract had different effects on different cancer cells,with the most significant inhibitory effect on A549 cells.Further study of A549 cells found,10、15 μg·mL-1 of the extract concentration resulted in a significant decrease in the number of A549 cells and nuclear shrinkage;The S phase of A549 cells was shortened,while the G1 and G2 phase were lengthened.Comprehensive analysis showed that grape peel extract caused abnormal morphology of A549 cells,which may be one of the mechanisms of inhibiting A549 cells.关键词
