摘要
Abstract
In the process of digital development of wine production,there were many problems such as the dispersion of wine brewing datas,the difficulty of information integration,the insufficient utilization of knowledge and the shortage of wine-making talents.As an emerging knowledge representation technology,knowledge graph has shown strong language understanding and knowledge reasoning ability.In order to fully mine the wine brewing datas and promote the intelligent development of brewing technology,based on the principles of findability,accessibility,interoperability and reusability,this paper adopted the seven-step method to construct the wine brewing ontology.On this basis,knowledge extraction,knowledge fusion,knowledge processing,knowledge storage and knowledge application were realized,and the idea and method of constructing vertical knowledge graph for the field of wine brewing were proposed.Based on the knowledge graph,the knowledge of wine brewing was deeply excavated,so as to realize the three functions of intelligent retrieval,knowledge question answering,and auxiliary decision-making,to promote the digital transformation and upgrading of wine production,and to improve new quality productivity of wine industry.关键词
