仿生嗅觉电子鼻的气室结构优化
Optimization of air chamber structure for bionic olfactory electronic nose
摘要
Abstract
To improve the detection efficiency of the electronic nose,a novel gas chamber structure was designed by mimicking the human nasal anatomy based on an existing open gas chamber.Fluid simulation methods were employed to optimize the gas chamber structure and simulate gas exchange during the purge phase of the electronic nose.Results demonstrated that the optimized gas chamber exhibited an average peak voltage fluctuation of less than 4.8%during the detection phase.Without compromising detection performance,the purge time was reduced from 127.8 s to 65.8 s,achieving a 48.5%reduction in purge duration and significantly enhancing the overall detection efficiency of the electronic nose.This study provides a valuable reference for optimizing gas chamber structures in other types of electronic noses.关键词
