摘要

Abstract

The'Venus Gold'apple has become a prominent variety in the high-end gift fruit market due to its golden appearance,balanced sweet-sour taste,and unique aroma.However,as its cultivation expands,the stability of fruit quality has shown significant divergence across regions due to variations in climatic conditions and cultivation techniques,which hinders large-scale production and brand development.This study systematically investigated the phenological characteristics,physicochemical indices components of'Venus Gold'apple in major introduction areas such as Shandong,Henan and Shanxi provinces in China.It further analysed the regulatory effects of cultivation techniques-including dwarf dense planting,top-grafting optimization,and dual reduction of fertilizers and pesticides on fruit quality,and explored the impact of harvest maturity and storage conditions on postharvest performance.The research identified key technical pathways for regionally adaptive cultivation,providing a theoretical foundation for formulating cross-regional standardized production protocols and maintaining the consistency of commercial fruits.These findings holded practical significance for optimizing the varietal structure of yellow-skinned apples and supporting rural revitalization through sustainable agricultural practices.
