Abstract
Under the background of the large-scale and intensive development of China's fruit and vegetable industry,the output of fruit and vegetable processing by-products has increased sharply,which are rich in various nutrients such as dietary fiber,oils,pigments,and functional substances,and have extremely high potential utilization value.This article systematically analyzed the current situation of the comprehensive utilization of fruit and vegetable processing by-products,and elaborated the ways of comprehensive utilization,including directly processing them into products such as dried fruits and vegetables and preserved fruits,extracting active ingredients for use in the fields of food,medicine,cosmetics,etc.,and producing fruit vinegar,pectinase,fuels,feeds,fertilizers,etc.At the same time,it was pointed out that there we problems in this field in China,such as insufficient technological research and development and equipment innovation,low level of standardized management,and insufficient capital investment.Based on the above problems,this article put forward development suggestions such as increasing the intensity of technological research and development and equipment innovation,improving the level of standardized management,and constructing a diversified investment system,so as to promote the development of the comprehensive utilization industry of fruit and vegetable processing by-products and achieve the sustainable utilization of resources and the green development of the industry.关键词
