Abstract

In order to screen suitable shiitake mushroom varieties for cultivation in Yuan'an county,cultivation experiments were conducted on 16 shiitake mushroom varieties from 2022 to 2023.Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of five indicators that affect the economic benefits of shiitake mushrooms,and calculating the scores of each variety based on the indicator weights and experimental data.The results showed that'Changlin 212'scored the highest,followed by'Qihe 9''Kelisheng 238',and'Qihe 808'.The cultivation experiment also found that these four varieties had a short fungal age,produce mushrooms earlier,had round caps,moderate size,strong stress resistance,high biological conversion rate,and high yield,making them suitable for local promotion and cultivation.
