Advances in Summer Pruning Technology of Apple Tree
摘要
Abstract
The apples are one of the most important fruits in China.Summer is the most vigorous period of fruit tree growth,which can easily lead to fruit tree depression,resulting in its growth disorders,pests and diseases breeding and fruit quality decline.Summer pruning is a means of regulation in apple production.Timely and reasonable summer pruning can not only improve the tree ventilation and light conditions,reduce the occurrence of pests and diseases,and can control the growth of new shoots,promote the differentiation of flower buds,to ensure that the next year's yield and promote early fruiting and productivity in young trees.Therefore,this paper summarized the physiological basis of apple summer pruning,the main pruning methods and the specific impact on fruit quality and yield,and analyzed the main problems existing in the current production,and looked forward to its application prospects.关键词
