摘要

Abstract

Protein mulberry is a mulberry variety that has been successfully cultivated through hybridization technology and possesses new hybrid characteristics.It has strong adaptability and a wide range of uses.This article analyzed the nutritional components of protein mulberry and summarized its current application status.It could not only effectively alleviate the current shortage of feed and meet the demand for high-quality protein feed in the aquaculture industry,but also improved the local ecological environment with its characteristics.Furthermore,protein mulberry was made into medicinal herbs,used as a cultivation material for edible mushrooms,and made into food.The development and utilization of protein mulberry could enhance product added value,extend and expand the industrial chain,and provide new pathways and approaches for regional economic development and ecological conservation.
