现代大学书院文化符号传承的困境与创新
The Dilemma and Innovation of Cultural Symbol Inheritance in Modern University College

Abstract
Human beings create symbols to convey and create meanings,and culture is the advanced activity of human beings to convey,memorize and create meanings with the help of sym-bols.The development of ancient college education is the process of constructing cultural sym-bols,which are both static and dynamic,and have the characteristics of meaning,cohesion,devel-opment and edification.Throughout the past and present,the cultural symbols of modern college can shape identity,play the function of educating people and inherit the spirit of humanism,but the differentiation of college form and function also makes it have the dilemma of static cultural symbols'narrative silence and dynamic cultural symbols'de-domainization,which is caused by the misconfiguration of the field culture,the deviation of the cultural identity,and the insufficiency of subject constructivity.To build the cultural symbol domain of modern university college,it is necessary to reconstruct the humanistic symbol space based on the excavation of ancient college cultural symbols and embedding modern education elements,to stimulate the subjectivity of teach-ers and students to participate in the construction of college by reconstructing the cultural symbol space of college,and to explore the construction of the modern university system of Chinese char-acteristics with the guidance of the rejuvenation of the spirit of the ancient college.关键词
