Abstract

The leap of digital intelligence technology has brought a revolutionary impact on educational and teaching innovation.In the current reality that primary and secondary school teachers still find it difficult to carry out innova-tive teaching,exploring how to improve teachers'innovation ability empowered by digital intelligence technology is a key problem.Based on literature research,this study constructs an impact hypothesis on teachers'innovation ability,explores the relationship between 11 factors from three dimensions:ability structure,personal factors and environmen-tal factors,and uses structural equation model to analyze and verify the influence effect and mediation effect between factors.The study found that:in the ability structure,teachers'innovation awareness will not directly promote inno-vative behavior,and there is a sequential path relationship between teachers'innovation willingness,innovation prep-aration and innovation practice.Among personal factors,technological curiosity and technological efficacy directly af-fect teachers'innovation willingness and innovation preparation,and indirectly affect innovation practice through in-novation preparation.Digital technology ability will directly affect innovation practice,and problem-solving ability has a significant positive correlation with technological curiosity,technological efficacy and digital technology ability.A-mong environmental factors,both technical resources and interpersonal interaction directly affect teachers'innovation readiness,among which interpersonal interaction indirectly affects innovation practice through innovation readiness,while organizational culture and external policies,as the macro social space of teachers,have a significant positive correlation with both technical resources and interpersonal interaction.Finally,the research results are discussed and development suggestions are put forward.
