生态系统理论视角下教师终身学习能力框架构建
Construction of Teachers'Lifelong Learning Ability Framework Based on Ecological Systems Theory

Abstract
Driven by the global education transformation and the construction of a learning society,it has become a key proposition to construct a core competence framework for teachers'lifelong learning.Based on the perspective of ecosystem theory and grounded theory research method,an in-depth interview was conducted with 20 pre-service and in-service teachers from pre-school education to community education.An APRTS competency framework for teach-ers'lifelong learning is proposed,which includes five core dimensions(Adaption,Planning,Renovation,Transfor-mation,and Shaping)and 12 sub-dimensions.The research reveals that teachers'lifelong learning ability presents multidimensional characteristics of dynamic development;There is an ecological mechanism of"adaption-planning-change-transforming-shaping"in each dimension.Professional growth path needs to realize the paradigm shift from passive adaptation to active construction.The framework explains the internal logic and development law of teachers'lifelong learning ability,and provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for them to cope with social change,empower students'development and optimize education ecology.关键词
