角色理论视域下职前教师专业道德研究
Study on Normal University Students'Professional Ethics from Role Theory:Nvivo Analysis of 98 Internship Reflections

Abstract
As future educators,normal university students are expected to embody ethics,need to actively construct their ethics roles as teachers and transform role expectations into educational and teaching practices full of virtue.Grounded in role theory,this study conducts a qualitative analysis of 98 internship reflections from pre-service teach-ers at the master's degree level at H University,and explores teacher ethics roles they perceive and internalize.In terms of educational conscience,they emerge as defenders of fairness and justice and practitioners of student-centered education;in terms of educational sentiment,they manifest as selfless contributors willing to serve as a ladder for students and diligent doers who keep learning;in terms of educational wisdom,they act as coordinators of educational synergy and adaptable decision-makers responsive to various circumstances.The study proposes strategies for cultiva-ting pre-service teachers'professional ethics from aspects of role cognition,practice,and development:strengthening the study of professional ethics policies to guide role cognition and enhance public attributes;highlighting case-based teacher ethics curriculum to optimize role practice and improve transformative outcomes;and conducting reflective practice activities to promote teachers'professional ethics roles and underscore future-oriented goals.关键词
