不同免疫增强剂对猫瘟疫苗免疫效力的影响OA北大核心
Effect of Different Immune Enhancers on the Immunological Efficacy of Feline Distemper Vaccine
[目的]猫瘟是由猫细小病毒引起的猫的传染性疾病,其主要特点是白细胞数量下降和出血性胃肠炎,具有较高的感染率和致死率,对宠物的健康造成严重威胁.疫苗接种是目前预防猫瘟最主要的方式,但疫苗的免疫效果受到多种因素的制约.免疫增强剂能够增强畜禽的疫苗免疫效果,探究免疫增强剂对宠物疫苗免疫效果的影响,以期为猫的免疫防治效果提供理论依据.[方法]选择幼猫作为试验对象,基于单因子试验设计方案,各试验组分别在60,81,102日龄免疫妙三多疫苗,免疫前后4d分别饲喂0.9%氯化钠生理盐水(对照组)、黄芪多糖(APC组)、脾氨肽(SAT组)和高免因子核酸制剂(NAP组),对各组幼猫IgG抗体、IFN-γ及全血细胞分类进行检测.[结果]脾氨肽和高免因子核酸制剂能够提升幼猫猫瘟抗体和INF-γ的分泌水平以及白细胞和中性粒细胞的数量,但黄芪多糖对幼猫猫瘟抗体和INF-γ的分泌水平等无显著效果;脾氨肽和高免因子核酸制剂对幼猫的红细胞、血小板、单核细胞和淋巴细胞数量也无显著提升.[结论]脾氨肽和高免因子核酸制剂能够显著提高幼猫体内部分抗体指标水平,表明这两类试剂可以提高幼猫对猫瘟的免疫效果.该研究为幼猫免疫增强剂的研究奠定初步的理论基础,为进一步研究猫瘟等疾病的有效防治积累数据,同时对于家禽和家畜常见免疫增强试剂用于增强幼猫等宠物的免疫力提供参考.
[Objective]Feline distemper is an infectious disease of cats caused by feline microvirus,which is mainly characterised by decreased leukocyte counts and haemorrhagic gastroenteritis,and has a high rate of infection and lethality,posing a serious threat to the health of pets.Vaccination is currently the most important way to prevent feline distemper,but the immune effect of the vaccine is constrained by a variety of factors.Immunity enhancers can enhance the effect of vaccine immunity in livestock and poultry.We explored the effect of immunity enhancers on the effect of vaccine immunity in pets,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the effect of immunity prevention and control in cats.[Methods]Young cats were selected as experimental subjects.Based on a one-way experimental design,each experimental group was immunised with Myo-Santo vaccine at 60,81 and 102 days of age,and fed with 0.9%NaCl saline(control group),Astragali polysaccharides(APC group),splenic aminotransferase peptide(SAT group),and high immunity factor nucleic acid preparations(NAP group),respectively,for 4 d before and after immunization.All groups were examined for their IgG antibody,IFN-γ and whole blood cell classification were detected.[Results]Splenic aminopeptide and high immunity factor nucleic acid preparation were able to increase the secretion levels of distemper antibody and INF-γ,as well as the number of leukocytes and neutrophils in young cats,but astragali polysaccharides did not have a significant effect on the secretion levels of distemper antibody and INF-γ in young cats;and splenic aminopeptide and high immunity factor nucleic acid preparation did not have a significant effect on the number of erythrocytes,platelets,monocytes,and lymphocytes in young cats.[Conclusion]Splenic aminopeptide and high immunity factor nucleic acid preparations were able to significantly increase the levels of some antibody indexes in young cats,suggesting that these two reagents can improve the immunity effect of young cats against feline distemper.This study lays a preliminary theoretical foundation for the study of immune enhancers in young cats,accumulates data for further research on the effective prevention and treatment of feline distemper and other diseases,and provides a reference for the use of common immune-enhancing reagents for poultry and livestock to enhance the immunity of young cats and other pets.
