摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The best harvesting time and primary processing method of Dictamni cortex were studied in order to guide production and provide theoretical basis for scientific harvesting.[Method]The HPLC method was used to determine the contents of dictamine,obacunone and fraxinellone in D.cortex samples from different harvesting periods and primary processing methods.[Results]The contents of dictamine and fraxinellone were the highest in the bud stage,and the contents of obacunone were the highest in the anthesis stage.The content of obacunone was the highest when drying at 55℃after"Sha-qing".The contents of dictamine and fraxinellone were not affected by"Sha-qing"significantly,and the contents were the highest in the dry shade,followed by the drying at 55℃.[Conclusion]With obacunone as the target component,the best harvesting period was flowering stage,and the primary processing method was drying at 55℃after steaming"Sha-qing".According to the comprehensive score,the best harvesting period of D.cortex was from the bud stage to the flowering stage(May),and the primary processing method was drying at 55℃.
