高温胁迫下柞蚕抗氧化酶活性分析OA北大核心
Analysis of Antioxidant Enzyme Activity of Antheraea pernyi under High Temperature Stress
[目的]随着全球气候变暖,我国东北地区的平均温度也逐年上升,过高的环境温度不利于柞蚕幼虫生长发育,给柞蚕产业造成严重的经济损失.[方法]研究42℃高温胁迫6份柞蚕品种幼虫体内SOD、CAT及POD等3种抗氧化物酶活性变化情况,分析6份柞蚕品种的耐热能力,筛选出优质耐热的柞蚕资源.[结果]高温胁迫时间增加6份柞蚕品种抗氧化酶活性均呈现先升后降的趋势,除小白蚕的峰值出现在2~3 h,其余品种在4~5 h时出现峰值,表明小白蚕对高温应激反应弱于其他品种,且同品种胁迫组与对照组间均呈显著差异;不同品种间胁迫组方山黄、丰、育丰和小白蚕与青6号的CAT活性有显著差异(P<0.05),方山黄、小白蚕与青6号的POD活性有显性差异(P<0.05),方山黄、久丰和小白蚕与青6号SOD活性有显著差异(P<0.05).[结论]综合评估各品种耐热能力,以青6号作为对照,方山黄、丰、久丰和育丰表现出较强的耐热性能,而小白蚕的耐热能力则相对较弱.研究结果可为柞蚕耐热性机理研究及耐热种质资源筛选提供理论依据.
[Objective]With the global warming,the average temperature in Northeast China has also increased year by year.The high ambient temperature is not conducive to the growth and development of Antheraea pernyi larvae,causing serious economic losses to the A.pernyi industry.[Methods]This experiment studied the changes of SOD,CAT and POD activities in the larvae of six A.pernyi varieties under 42 ℃ high temperature stress,analyzed the heat resistance of six A.pernyi varieties,and screened out high-quality heat-resistant A.pernyi resources.[Results]The results showed that the antioxidant enzyme activities of the six A.pernyi varieties increased first and then decreased with the increase of high temperature stress time.Except for the peak of Xiaobaican appeared at 2-3 h,the peak of other varieties appeared at 4-5 h,indicating that the response of Xiaobaican to high temperature stress was weaker than that of other varieties,and there were significant differences between the stress group and the control group of the same variety.There were significant differences in CAT activity between Fangshanhuang,F,Yufeng,Xiaobaican and Qing 6(P<0.05).There were dominant differences in POD activity between Fangshanhuang,Xiaobaican and Qing 6(P<0.05).There were significant differences in SOD activity between Fangshanhuang,Jiufeng,Xiaobaican and Qing 6(P<0.05).Comprehensive evaluation of the heat resistance of each variety,with Qing 6 as the control,Fangshanhuang,F,Jiufeng and Yufeng showed strong heat resistance,while the heat resistance of Xiaobaican was relatively weak.[Conclusion]The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the study of heat resistance mechanism of A.pernyi and the screening of heat-resistant germplasm resources.
