静电喷雾下雾滴沉积与飘移关键影响因素仿真与试验优化
Simulation and Experimental Optimization of the Key Factors Affecting Droplet Deposition and Drift in Electrostatic Spraying

Abstract
[Objective]Excessive pesticide application and serious drift pollution in Panax notoginseng protection are major challenges.Electrostatic spraying is one of the key technical measures to reduce pesticides and support green development,but its key factors and optimal parameters are still not clear.Therefore,simulation of droplet deposition and drift and parameter optimization under key influencing factors are crucial.[Methods]The Fluent simulations are used to obtain the cloud maps of electrostatic droplet film thickness under key factors.Based on Panax notoginseng leaf morphology,a second-order regression orthogonal experiment was conducted,taking the machine forward speed,spraying height,and crosswind speed as experimental factors,with droplet density(top/back)and mass center distance as indicators.[Results]The simulated optimal ranges were predicted as machine forward speed of 0.3-0.5 m·s-1,spraying height of 0.3-0.5 m,and crosswind speed of 0-1 m·s-1.The optimized parameters combination of response surface analysis are machine forward speed of 0.399 m·s-1,spraying height of 0.433 m,and crosswind speed of 0 m·s-1.Under these conditions,droplet densities were 234.571 per cm-2(leaf top)and 90.161 per cm-2(leaf back),with a mass center distance of 0.362 m.The average error rates of validation test were 3.53%,3.65%,and 3.87%,respectively.[Conclusion]This study provides simulation and experimental data to support pesticide reduction and efficiency improvement in Panax notoginseng protection.关键词
