摘要

Abstract

ARF(Auxin Response Factor),as a key transcription factor in auxin signal transduction pathway,regulates the expression of downstream target genes and participates in the regulation of a variety of plant development processes,such as floral organ development,embryo development,leaf polarity development and root development.Members of the ARF family not only affect plant morphogenesis,but also play an important role in plant response to environmental stress.The purpose of this review is to summarize the research progress of ARF family members in plant growth and development,including the discovery and identification,structural characteristics and expression patterns of ARF family members,and to explore their specific roles in hormone signal transduction,cell differentiation and morphogenesis.This paper also analyzed the mechanism of plant ARF genes in response to stress,such as drought stress,salt stress and other factors on its expression.By systematically combing the existing research results,we can provide reference for the regulation of plant growth by means of molecular biology.
