白玉菇优质高产菌株筛选试验
Screening of High Quality and High Yield Strains of White Jade Mushroom

Abstract
Excellent strains of white jade mushroom were obtained to provide support for increasing the yield of white jade mushroom.Ethanesulfonate(EMS)mutagenesis was used to treat the fruiting bodies of mushroom strains.By detecting the growth potential,antagonism and content of total sugar,PPO,CAT and MDA of the mutated strains,the new strains with fast growth and strong preservation ability were screened.The result showed a new strains with good growth potential,genetic stability and antagonism with the original strain was selected from the mutagenized strains.After 24 days of storage,the PPO and MDA contents of the new strain were 3.00 U/mL and 2.50 μmol/g FW lower than those of the original strain,respectively,and the CAT contents were 80.00 U higher than those of the original strain.The variation trend of total sugar content was more stable than that of the original strain,and the new strain showed the best performance.Through cultivation experiment observation,compared with the original strain,the new strain hardly opened the umbrella during the harvesting period.The flora was dense and the fruiting body grows neatly,compared with the original strain,the growth time was saved by 8.82%.The weight of a single bottle was about 21.9 g,and the comprehensive performance was excellent.The experimental results could provide a choose for the cultivation of fine white jade mushroom.关键词
