Abstract
Hazelnuts have been traditionally regarded as a superior food ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine,with documented benefits such as nourishing the spleen and stomach,improving vision and mobility,moistening the lungs and relieving cough,nourishing yin and tonifying blood,and enhancing energy and strength.Modern nutritional science has also confirmed that specific components in hazelnuts contribute to immune system enhancement,regulation of blood lipids and blood pressure,and prevention of tumors.This article systematically summarized the traditional Chinese medicine records on the dietary therapeutic effects of hazelnuts,compared and integrated traditional Chinese medicine with modern scientific research,explored the dietary and nourishing value of hazelnuts,in order to provide new perspectives on the dietary nourishment provided by hazelnuts.关键词
