Current Status and Development Strategies for the Grape Leaf Specialty Industry in Turpan
摘要
Abstract
Grapes are the"golden sign"of Turpan.Turpan grapes have good leaf shape,thin leaves,high toughness,good taste,and sufficient yield.They are now being industrialized and developed as cooking materials,organic fertilizers,soil amendments,and handicrafts.The grape leaf specialty industry is an important part of the full industrial chain development of grapes in Turpan,and is an effective way to help local fruit farmers increase their income.Based on investigation and research,this article analyzed the current situation of the grape leaf industry in Turpan,discussed the factors restricting the development of the industry,and put forward development suggestions based on the existing problems.This provided reference and assistance for improving the quality and efficiency of the grape leaf industry in the local area,with the aim of promoting the high-quality development of the full industrial chain of grapes in Turpan and increasing the income of fruit farmers.关键词
