Abstract
Potassium citrate has strong hygroscopicity and is prone to clumping.During the granulation process,the moisture absorption of raw materials can cause uneven content of potassium citrate,thereby affecting the overall content.To improve the hygroscopicity of high content potassium citrate,this study used wet granulation to prepare potassium citrate granules with low moisture absorption and good formability,using potassium citrate,microcrystalline cellulose,and carboxymethyl cellulose sodium(CMC Na,800)as raw materials.Firstly,raw materials were selected based on low hygroscopicity as the benchmark,followed by experiments using the yield of granules within the particle size range of 10〜80 mesh as an indicator.The experimental results showed that potassium citrate powder had improved moisture absorption when using microcrystalline cellulose as an excipient,and 1%CMC Na(800)as a binder,and the product had the highest particle yield within the 10〜80 mesh range.This study provides important references for the development of a granulation process for high-content low-hygroscopic potassium citrate granules.关键词
