红花总黄酮的超声辅助天然低共熔溶剂提取工艺优化
Optimization of ultrasound-assisted natural deep eutectic solvent extraction process of total flavonoids from safflower

Abstract
To enhance the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids from safflower,this study optimized an ultrasound-assisted extraction process using response surface methodology based on single-factor tests investigating solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic power,water content in natural deep eutectic solvent(NADES),and molar ratio.The acetylcholinesterase(AChE)inhibitory activity of the extracted flavonoids was further assessed through in vitro assays.Results demonstrated that the optimal conditions included a solid-liquid ratio of 1:25(g/mL),ultrasonic duration of 30 min,temperature of 60 ℃,power of 300 W,NADES water content of 37%,and molar ratio of 1:2.Under these parameters,the total flavonoid extraction efficiency reached 5.07%,with an AChE inhibition rate of 65.52%.This work provides technical insights for advancing safflower flavonoid utilization in functional applications.关键词
