脂肪酶催化合成乙酸乙酯的动力学研究
Research on the kinetics of lipase-catalyzed synthesis of ethyl acetate

Abstract
To investigate the patterns of lipase-catalyzed synthesis of ethyl acetate and evaluate its efficiency under varied conditions,single-factor and orthogonal test methods were employed to study the effects of enzyme dosage,substrate concentrations(ethanol and acetic acid),and reaction temperature on the synthesis.Results indicated that ethyl acetate yield increased with the elevation of enzyme dosage,substrate concentrations,and temperature.Optimal esterification conditions derived from orthogonal tests were as follows:enzyme dosage 0.5%,ethanol concentration 280 g/L,acetic acid concentration 30 g/L,and reaction temperature of 35℃.Under these conditions,the ethyl acetate yield reached(8.29±0.08)g/L,good kinetic fitting performance(correlation coefficients is 0.998 3).This study provides a reference for the industrial application of lipase in biocatalysis.关键词
