摘要
Abstract
With the increasing complexity of digital circuit modules,power-on reset(POR)circuits are essential to initialize the digital logic to a known state at startup.A novel POR circuit is designed based on 0.18 μm process.The POR circuit is based on a current-biased structure with a startup circuit,which provides a more stable power supply power-up,and the addition of an enabling terminal allows the circuit to be used in low-power scenarios.In addition,the use of current-mirror technology and voltage-dividing resistors not only makes the power-threshold adjustment simple,but also increases hysteresis and reduces the power supply noise of the output loop.关键词
