湘雅医学院国立化的教育生态审视
An Education Ecological Review of Nationalization of Xiangya Medical College
摘要
Abstract
In the period of the Republic of China,the national university was a dynamic concept.For the colleges and universities in the Republic of China,the implementation of nationalization can effectively enhance the reputation of the colleges and universities,continuously expand the scope of enrollment,and at the same time obtain financial support from the state treasury,so many colleges and universities in the Republic of China coveted the name of"Nationalization".Dur-ing the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,Xiangya Medical College,driven by internal and external factors,was successfully transformed from a private university into a national university.Reviewing the historical process of the nationalization of Xiangya Medical College during the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression from the perspective of educational ecology,it can be found that its internal logic is the dynamic development process of its internal system from ecological imbalance to basic balance.First,due to the changes of the political,eco-nomic,cultural and other external environment,the ecological structure and bearing relationship of the internal system of Xiangya Medical College have undergone significant changes.Afterwards,with the support of its internal and external hu-man resources,self-adjustment was performed in the elasticity range of its internal system in the college management,teaching and scientific research and social services,books and equipment preservation and other aspects.Finally,it com-plies with the regulations of the external policy and institutional environment,such as the unification of national education administration,the layout of higher medical education in wartime,"the public medical system"at the national level and the policy of"recovering the cultural concession"in higher education.All of these factors synthetically contributed to the na-tionalization of Xiangya Medical College,which help to obtain the effective support from the government's material re-sources,and eventually to get to the basic balance of its internal ecosystem.关键词
