西南地区特殊教育硕士的供给与需求分析
Supply and Demand Analysis for Master of Special Education in Southwest China
摘要
Abstract
The education policy issued by the state in recent years requires vigorously promoting the training of teachers at the graduate level,increasing the enrollment plan for master of education,and increasing the training of master and doctoral students in special education.However,the distribution of national education resources is not balanced,and the layout of master's programs in special education needs to be optimized,with relatively few master's programs in spe-cial education in the southwestern region.The development of special education in the southwestern region needs the sup-port of high-level special education talents,but the number of special education masters in the southwestern region is rela-tively small,and teachers in special education schools lack the motivation for the educational demand for master of educa-tion.There are three pairs of contradictions among the regional supply,regional demand and individual demand of special education masters in the southwestern region:Regional education demand is strong but individual education demand power is insufficient,regional education demand is strong but regional education supply expansion power is insufficient,regional education supply is excessive but individual desire demand is weak.This requires governments to adjust supply and de-mand through macro-control,planned intervention,policy guidance and other ways to improve the educational ecological environment and establish a good ecological system of higher special education.关键词
