县域普惠性幼儿园空间分布的现实样态、问题及优化策略
Realistic Patterns,Problems,and Optimization Strategies of Spatial Distribution of County-level Inclusive Kindergartens

Abstract
The balanced allocation of inclusive preschool education resources is the foundation for ensuring fairness in preschool education,and the reasonable layout of county-level inclusive kindergartens is the key to promoting the bal-anced development of preschool education.This study utilizes GIS technology and uses methods such as natural breaks,standard deviation ellipse analysis,kernel density analysis,and buffer analysis to analyze and find that there are significant differences in the matching degree between the number of inclusive kindergartens and the population in different regions within the county;There is a regional imbalance in the supply of inclusive kindergartens,and there is a shortage of high-quality kindergarten resources;The site selection of inclusive kindergartens lacks rationality,resource distribution is un-even,and"service blind spots"are widespread.In response to the existing problems,it is recommended to implement sci-entific population prediction and dynamic planning and monitoring mechanisms to improve the adaptability between supply and demand;establish a sound supply system to promote high-quality and balanced allocation of inclusive kindergartens;strengthen cross-departmental coordination and cooperation,focus on the efficiency and quality of inclusive kindergarten supply,and achieve high-quality and balanced allocation of resources.关键词
