Abstract
The high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was employed to determine the vitamin B12 content in various B-vitamin microbubble particles.The results indicated a good linear relationship for the measured vitamin B12 concentrations in the range of 0.1~10 μg/mL,with a correlation coefficient(R2)of 1.0000.The limits of detection(LOD)and limit of quantification(LOQ)were found to be 0.009 mg/L(S/N>3)and 0.029 mg/L(S/N>10),respectively.Analysis of retention time,peak area,and peak height showed relative standard deviations(RSD)of 0.16%,1.04%,and 0.73%,respectively.The average recovery rate of vitamin B12 in various B-vitamin microbubble particles was 105.1%across a concentration range of 2.41~9.63 μg.This HPLC method provided a simple and efficient approach for vitamin B12 quantification.Unlike conventional methods,this eliminated the need for complicated pre-treatment steps such as immunoaffinity column collection,concentration,and re-dissolution.The method exhibited high recovery yield,good precision,and minimal interference from impurities.Therefore,it meets the detection requirements for vitamin B12 content in various B-vitamin microbubble particles.关键词
