Abstract
Exercise fatigue is a normal physiological phenomenon characterized by a decline in physiological performance due to exercise exceeding the body load.If exercise fatigue accumulates excessively and is not alleviated in a timely manner,it can lead to irreversible damage to the body and even pose risks to physical health.Natural products,with their diverse array of bioactive compounds,offer a promising avenue for combating exercise fatigue.This review explored the mechanism of exercise fatigue and a variety of natural products discovered in recent years with potential anti-fatigue functions,including their development and applications.The aim is to provide a solid theoretical basis and technical support for the development of new functional foods against exercise fatigue.关键词
