Research progress on ACE inhibitory peptides and integrated application of omics technology
摘要
Abstract
Hypertension has become a significant threat to human health,profoundly impacting cardiovascular health among residents in China.Food-derived angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE)inhibitory peptides have emerged as a promising avenue for hypertension prevention and treatment.These peptides offer advantages such as safety,high activity,easy digestion and good absorption.The rapid development of peptideomics,metabolomics and proteomics technologies have accelerated the ongoing discovery of ACE inhibitory peptides and their mechanisms of action,providing a pathway for quality enhancement and upgrade in related industries.This paper reviewed the current understanding of ACE inhibitory peptides,their action mechanism,activity evaluation,structure-efficacy relationship and industrial application.Furthermore,it explored the integrated application of related omics techniques.This paper aims to provide theoretical guidance for future scientific research and industrial development of ACE inhibitory peptides.关键词
