中国禽肉贸易格局演变特征与趋势分析
Analysis of Evolutionary Characteristics and Trends in China's Poultry Meat Trade Patterns

Abstract
[Objective]To review the evolution of China's poultry meat trade over the past two decades,examining trade patterns,future trends,and the factors shaping trade dynamics and growth potential to inform the high-quality development of China's poultry industry.[Method]Drawing on customs data,the Trade Competitive Advantage Index,and price competitiveness metrics,we analyzed the product and geographic composition of China's poultry meat trade,and assess export competitiveness through international comparisons.[Result]Poultry meat exports have shown steady growth and diversification,while imports have experienced volatility,with shifts in source countries.Key factors influencing exports include product competitiveness,policy changes in trade partner countries,and exchange rate fluctuations.For imports,differentiated consumption preferences,price competitiveness,and trade policy adjustments,such as those driven by avian influenza outbreaks,play a significant role.Intra-regional trade has expanded,with Asia,Africa,and Europe emerging as key markets.[Conclusion]While China's poultry meat export competitiveness remains limited,substantial growth potential exists.To capitalize on this,increased investment in R&D,enhanced food safety measures,stronger policy support,active participation in trade agreements,and expanded marketing efforts are recommended.关键词
