基于主成分分析的戈壁设施蔬菜营养品质指标评价
Study on Quality Evaluation of Fruit and Vegetable in Gobi Greenhouse Based on Principal Component Analysis
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To understand the nutritional quality of main fruits and vegetables in the Gobi Desert,and to provide basis for ensuring the healthy eating of vegetables in the Gobi Desert and creating green brands.[Method]Correlation analysis,principal component analysis(PCA)and comprehensive evaluation model were used to evaluate the quality of vegetables in Gobi greenhouse.[Result]The results showed that there were different correlations among different quality indexes,and the cumulative contribution rates of variance were 86.7%,96.29%,and 88.5%respectively.The quality evaluation models of three main fruits and vegetables were established.The results of correlation analysis,model analysis and principal component analysis were basically consistent with the actual situation of samples.[Conclusion]The content of VC,soluble sugar and VC in capsicum vary greatly,which can be improved by breeding and cultivation to improve the flavor and taste.关键词
