Abstract

Under the transformation of the experience economy,traditional tourism models face innovation due to their inability to meet tourists'demands for deep engagement.This study took Helan Mountain's Eastern Foothills wine region as an example.Based on Pine and Gilmore's experience economy framework,a four-dimensional wine tourism experience model was constructed encompassing Escapism,Esthetics,Education,and Entertainment.By introducing tourists'perceived value as a mediating variable,the paper systematically analyzed the effect path of experience dimensions on tourists'satisfaction.Empirical data were collected via questionnaires,with descriptive analysis using SPSS and validity/reliability tests and structural equation modeling conducted via SmartPLS.The results show that:(1)All four experience dimensions significantly and positively affect tourist satisfaction,with impact strengths ranked as Escapism(β=0.177)>Esthetics(β=0.153)>Entertainment(β=0.094)>Education(β=0.085);(2)Perceived value exhibits a complete mediating effect?in the relationship between experience dimensions and satisfaction,indicating that tourists not only obtain satisfaction through direct experiences,but also from secondary emotional feedback through perceived value judgment.The study transcends the traditional"experience-satisfaction"binary relationship paradigm,reveals the mediating transmission mechanism of perceived value,and provides theoretical and practical insights for differentiated experience offerings and value perception management in wine tourism destinations.
