双孢蘑菇菌渣有机肥对葡萄园土壤及果实品质的影响
Effects of Agaricus Bisporus Residue Organic Fertilizer on Vineyard Soil and Fruit Quality of Wine Grape

Abstract
In order to promote the sustainable development of wine grapes,in this experiment,Agaricus bisporus residue,chicken manure and cow manure were mixed and fermented respectively,and then applied to 11-year-old'Cabernet Sauvignon'vineyards with three gradients of 5,7 and 9 t·667 m-2.By measuring and analyzing soil physical and chemical properties,enzyme activity and fruit quality,it was concluded that Agaricus bisporus residue chicken manure and cow manure organic fertilizer could significantly reduce soil total salt content,increase soil organic matter,available phosphorus,available potassium and MBC content,and significantly increase soil sucrase and soil urease activity.At the early stage of fruit ripening,the contents of soluble solids and reducing sugar in fruits were significantly increased in most treatments.At the end of fruit ripening,the application of Agaricus bisporus residue organic fertilizer could significantly increase the content of phenols in fruits to varying degrees.The correlation analysis showed that the soil physical and chemical indexes,enzyme activity and fruit quality indexes were significantly correlated.The comprehensive evaluation of principal component analysis showed that the rhizosphere soil quality and fruit quality of'Cabernet Sauvignon'treated with 9 t·667 m-2 of cow dung-A.bisporus organic fertilizer were the best.关键词
