'赤霞珠'葡萄扦插苗对铈元素的吸收分布规律
Absorption and Distribution of Cerium in Cuttings of'Cabernet Sauvignon'Grapevines

Abstract
Cerium poses a potential threat to the safe production of grapes.To prevent this risk,this study utilized cerium dioxide nanoparticles(nC)and cerium nitrate(Ce(NO3)3,CN)to treat cuttings of'Cabernet Sauvignon'grapevine.The results showed that the average root length of nC group(15.96 mm)was obviously longer than that of control group(8.78 mm)in the 4th week after treatment,which indicated that nC could promote the elongation of grape young roots.In CN group,90%of the young roots died and fell off,which suggested that Ce(NO3)3 had a toxic effect on the growth of grape roots.Cerium was found to distribute in roots,stems,shoots and leaves by the scanning electron microscopy and the energy spectrum analysis.The content of cerium in leaves was significantly higher than that in shoots in both treatment groups,which indicating that cerium had a tendency to deposit in leaves.Thus,it is suggested that vineyards contaminated with cerium can reduce the effect of cerium on grapevines by removing the leaves.关键词
