15种农药在酿酒葡萄中的降解动态研究
Study on the Degradation Dynamics of 15 Pesticides in Wine Grapes

Abstract
Using four-year-old Vitis vinifera Petit Manseng grapevine as experimental material,the degradation dynamics of 15 pesticides in grape berries during the maturation period were studied,and the pesticide residue levels were evaluated.The results showed that the degradation curves of the 15 pesticides in the grapes followed the first-order kinetic equation with high fitting degrees(0.8089≤R2≤0.9917).The half-life period(T1/2)of these pesticides ranged from 4.4 to 30.1 d,with relatively longer half-lives observed for difenoconazole(10.3 d),azoxystrobin(10.5 d),dimethomorph(10.7 d),pyrimethanil(14.7 d),methyl thiophanate(18.7 d)and procymidone(30.1 d).The preharvest intervals(T)of the 15 pesticides,calculated based on the maximum residue limits for pesticides in grapes specified in GB2763-2021,ranged from 0 to 21.6 d.Specifically,the pesticides with T values exceeding 15 days were difenoconazole(21.6 d),procymidone(20.6 d),and propiconazole(15.3 d).关键词
