我国农村职业教育政策变迁的历史脉络、内在逻辑与优化路径
The Historical Context,Internal Logic and Optimization Path of China's Rural Vocational Education Policy Change

Abstract
In the era of vigorously promoting rural revitalization,rural vocational education is the backbone of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and rural vocational education policy is also the institutional guarantee to improve its development level.Historical institutional-ism,as one of the schools that constitute the new institutionalism theory,provides the historical background and the perspective of policy analysis for the evolution of rural vocational education policy.Based on the historical background,the evolution of China's rural vocational education policy has experienced four stages:germination period,exploration period,deepening period and transformation period.The change of historical situation and the leading role of the state are the structural fields of the change of rural vocational education policy.The key node and path de-pendence are the key factors of policy reshaping and self-reinforcing.Based on institutional structure:the mutual game of different interest demands among multiple subjects constitutes the dynamic mechanism of rural vocational education policy change.Looking forward to the future,rural vocational education should optimize the policy response mechanism and accurately match the development needs of The Times;Strengthen the dynamic policy adjustment mechanism,break the path dependence constraint;Build a multi-party participation policy decision-making mechanism to coordinate the interests of multiple subjects;Strengthen the legal construction of ru-ral vocational education to provide institutional guarantee for the implementation of policies.关键词
