Abstract

The deep intervention of digital technology has provided new impetus for the para-digm transformation of ideological and political education in universities.Guided by the course objectives,this research focuses on the integration of"teaching-learning-assessment"and ex-plores the theoretical logic and practical pathways of digital intelligence empowering ideological and political courses,aiming to further optimize the interrelationship between teaching and learn-ing.The integration of"teaching-learning-assessment"emphasizes that assessment should be integrated throughout the entire teaching and learning process.Centered on learning objectives,it merges the processes of teaching,learning,and evaluation into a cohesive system,leveraging as-sessment to enhance both teaching and learning effectiveness,thereby fostering students' holistic and individualized growth.The digital empowerment of ideological and political courses has completed a paradigm shift from knowledge imparting to value construction,from"one-way imparting"to"diverse interaction".By building a digital teaching platform,constructing a full process evaluation system,achieving data-driven teaching optimization,implementing a learning outcome-oriented evaluation frame-work,implementing learning goals,and promoting students' active learning,the transformation from"teaching centered"to"learning centered"has been achieved.Taking the Situation and Policy course in universities as an example,this study validates the applicability of the"teaching-learning-assessment"alignment model centered on course objectives.Direction is secured by a-ligned design,and process is refined through integrated execution.Concrete and actionable empir-ical evidence for the teaching of ideological and political courses is provided,and practical path-ways for implementing the integration of"teaching-learning-assessment"empowered by digital intelligence is proposed.This contributes to advancing both theoretical innovation and practical exploration in ideological and political education.
