幼儿园教师职业幸福感的影响因素识别
Identification of the Influencing Factors of the Occupational Well-being of Kindergarten Teachers

Abstract
Occupational well-being is an intrinsic driving force to promote the stability and high-quality development of kindergarten teachers.In order to deeply explore the importance of each influencing factor of kindergarten teachers' occupational well-being and the complex hierar-chical relationship between the factors,13 main influencing factors of kindergarten teachers' occu-pational well-being were screened by the literature method,the method of Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)and Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM)were used to delineate the logical relationships and internal pathways between factors and identify critical in-fluences.The results show that there are 3 levels of logical relationships among the factors:super-ficial,intermediate,and root level.Among the key influencing factors,professional identity,occu-pation acquisition and occupational stability are at the superficial level,which are the most direct factors affecting kindergarten teachers' occupational well-being;professional competence is at the intermediate level,which is an important connecting factor for kindergarten teachers' occupational well-being;organizational support system and salary level are at the root level,which are the most essential factors affecting kindergarten teachers' occupational well-being.Based on this,it is recommended to enhance kindergarten teachers' occupational well-being through the following paths:awakening endogenous motivation,recasting the professional identity of kindergarten teach-ers;enhancing professional competence,strengthening the level of teacher competence;optimi-zing the management of kindergartens,consolidating the organizational support force;and impro-ving the level of salary,solidifying the development of the teaching force.关键词
