Abstract

Novice kindergarten teachers are the new force of preschool education,and their professional ethics directly affect the quality of kindergarten games and the healthy growth of chil-dren.Based on the grounded theory research on the practice of game activities of 12 novice teach-ers,the results show that the current novice teachers have ethical problems such as abnormal be-havior of teacher-child interaction and lack of game spirit.The main causes include cognitive gap caused by novice mentality,ethical conflict caused by identity bias,and insufficient ethical sup-port promoted by lack of conditions.It can be found that the tension between the"immature"state and the"professional"status requirements is the source of the novice teachers' ethical di-lemma;The ethical dilemma of novice teachers reflects the lack of social support for their profes-sion.However,the ethical dilemma of novice kindergarten teachers does great harm to their pro-fessional growth and the development of early childhood education industry.In order to support the improvement of novice teachers' ethical accomplishment,it is suggested that novice teachers should overcome their ethical desensitization and strengthen their ethical consciousness.Colleges and universities should provide infiltrating ethics learning field to highlight professional ethics goals;The pre-school education industry should strengthen the condition guarantee and build a community of ethical innovation practice.
