不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐照对荸荠采后贮藏效果的影响
Effect of Different Doses of 60Co-γ-Ray Irradiation on the Postharvest Storage of Water Chestnuts

Abstract
The study took water chestnuts from Lipu,Guangxi as the research object,with weight loss,hardness,relative conductivity,MDA,SSC,total phenols,flavonoids and quinone contents serving as evaluation indicators.The effects of different irradiation doses of 60Co-γ-rays(0,2,4,6,8 kGy)on the preservation efficacy of fresh water chestnuts were investigated.The results showed that during the storage period of 40 d,the 2 kGy 60Co-γ-ray irradiation treatment group had a weight loss rate of 0.18%,hardness of 3 810 g,relative conductivity of 17.2%,and MDA content of 0.0020-0.002 6 μmol/g FW.It could reduce SSC losses,lower the content of total phenolic,flavonoid,and quinone,inhibit bacterial growth,and effectively delay the decline in water chestnut quality.Therefore,the 2 kGy 60Co-γ-ray irradiation treatment was identified as the optimal dose for postharvest preservation of fresh water chestnuts in the Guangxi,which might provide a theoretical basis for irradiation preservation of postharvest water chestnuts.关键词
