摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the effects of different particle size crushing on the powderological properties,puerarin content and in vitro antioxidant activity of Puerariae lobatae powder.[Method]The particle size was measured by laser particle size meter and the powder science properties were investigated.The content of puerarin in different particle sizes of powdered Puerariae lobatae was determined by HPLC,and the scavenging ability of DPPH radicals and hydroxyl radical scavenging ability of Puerariae lobatae powder were used as the indexes to evaluate the in vitro antioxidant activity.[Result]With the coarse powder as the control,the micronized powder heap density and swelling decreased,the resting angle increased,and the fluidity decreased.Micronized powder III contained a high content of puerarin(70.55mg/g),which had the strongest antioxidant activity.[Conclusion]The powder of Pueraria lobata crushed through 45 μm(325 mesh)sieve is more suitable,which provides a reference for the clinical application of Puerariae lobatae powder and the development of optimal particle size for the product.
