晚期糖基化终产物与糖尿病相关性研究领域科学知识图谱分析
Knowledge Mapping Analysis of Advanced Glycosylation End Products and Diabetes
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To provide scientific analysis for the field of advanced glycosylation end products(AGEs)and diabetes.[Method]Bibliometric Method was used to obtain a view of the scientific production in field of advanced gycosylation end products and diabetes by data extracted from PubMed database from 1959 to 2022.Specific parameters were retrieved from PubMed.Articles about advanced gycosylation end products and diabetes were analyzed regarding the topics'structure,history,and document relationships using CiteSpace and VOSviewer.Also,the trends in the most influential publications and authors were analyzed.[Result]The number of articles was constantly increasing,biological molecular mechanisms and intracellular signaling pathways of advanced glycosylation end-product related diseases was noticed by most researchers.[Conclusion]This report was only based on PubMed database,the more articles are needed to be analyzed from CNKI、Web of Science and other databases.关键词
