基于CiteSpace的妊娠期糖尿病与营养素研究态势的可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Research Trends in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Nutrients Based on Citespace

Abstract
[Objective]To visually analyze the research status,hotspots and trends of the relationship between gestational diabetes mellitus and nutrients at home and abroad based on CiteSpace.[Method]Relevant literature records were retrieved from Web of Science Core Collection(WOS)and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and the authors,institutions and keywords were visualized by CiteSpace 6.1.6 software.[Result]A total of 1 064 Chinese articles and 1 429 foreign articles were included.The number of publica-tions showed a continuous growth trend.There are many inter-agency cooperation in English literature,and a core author group has been formed.There is little cooperation among institutions in Chinese literature,and no large-scale research group has been formed.The research hotspots at home and abroad focused on trace elements,vitamin D,folic acid,polyunsaturated fatty acids,etc.The research frontier focuses on intestinal flora and B vitamins.[Conclusion]At present,the overall direction of nutrient research in gestational diabetes mellitus at home and abroad is the same,but the emphasis is different.There are still gaps between China and foreign countries.There are great differences between domestic and foreign diets,and the nutrient requirements are not the same.In the future,it is necessary to provide scientific basis for the formulation of nutrient intake for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus according to the dietary situation of Chinese residents.关键词
